Security

Security, in plain language.

Your calls carry real information. Here's what we do with it, and what we won't claim.

For every client

Built for real calls, with real rules.

Certified infrastructure

Calls run on SOC 2 Type II certified voice infrastructure.

Clear with callers

The greeting says it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded.

Data you control

Choose how long recordings and transcripts are kept, or turn recording off.

Consent on record

Text and outbound call consent is saved, so you can show it when asked.

One login, one business

Each client login only sees that client's calendar and calls.

Only what it needs

It never asks for Social Security numbers, insurance member IDs, or card details.

Healthcare

Built for offices that take patient calls.

BAA first

We sign a Business Associate Agreement with you before any real patient call, and we use a voice platform that signs one with us.

No patient calls until the checks are done

Your agent doesn't take real patient calls until your agreement is signed and our own checks are finished.

No medical advice

It never judges symptoms or suggests treatment. It offers your nurse, takes a message, and sends emergencies to 911.

Your part stays with you

Your own steps, like a risk assessment, stay with your practice.

A little clarity

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do you have a HIPAA certificate?

There's no official HIPAA certificate, so we won't show you a badge. We sign the agreement, keep patient calls off until our checks are done, and tell you what's in place.

Do I need a Business Associate Agreement?

Only if your business handles patient information. We ask during sign-up. If you do, you sign it before your agent goes live. If you don't, you skip that step.

What happens to recordings?

You choose how long recordings and transcripts are kept, or you can turn recording off.

Who can see my calls?

People with a login to your account. Each login only sees your business.
