What does an AI receptionist cost?

There are two monthly plans, with setup included, and a Custom plan for bigger needs. Starter has everything Standard has, with fewer minutes.

• Starter

  $150 a month, with 200 minutes included. Extra minutes from $0.50. For a quieter phone line.

• Standard

  $500 a month, with 1,000 minutes included. Extra minutes from $0.26. For a busy front desk.

• Custom

  Quoted, for more locations, higher volume or connections to your own systems. Setup usually starts at $6,000 and takes 3 to 6 weeks.

On Starter and Standard, one monthly price covers:

• Setup. We write, test and launch your agent for you.
• The minutes your plan includes, added up across the month.
• A booking calendar built into your login.
• A summary of every call in your dashboard.
• Logins for your team.
• Email support.

Only Custom work, like connecting your practice software, is quoted. A few extras, like an extra phone number, have their own price on the full price list.

The monthly price is only part of the bill. Ask about these before you choose any service. Each one ends with how Kinglet handles it.

• Rounding up

  Ask whether each call is rounded up to a whole minute. If it is, a short call costs as much as a full minute. Kinglet tracks every call to the second, then adds them up across the month.

• Night fees

  Ask whether calls at night, on weekends or on holidays cost extra. Kinglet answers 24/7, day and night at one rate.

• Setup fees

  Ask what setup costs and what it covers. Kinglet has no setup fee on Starter and Standard. Only Custom work is quoted.

• Per call or per minute

  Ask whether you pay for each call or for the minutes you use. A price per call costs the same for a quick question as for a long booking. Kinglet is a monthly plan with minutes included, then a rate for each extra minute.

• Going over

  Ask what happens when you use more minutes than your plan includes. On Kinglet, extra minutes cost from $0.50 each on Starter and from $0.26 each on Standard.

• Calls that don't connect

  Ask whether you pay for calls that never connect. Kinglet doesn't bill them. Silence and hold time do count, because the agent is still listening.
